New guy here - 2010/02/07 23:07 Hello all, nice looking forum. I live in Yuma, AZ and recently bought a handsome little juniper. I have read up on dormancy and the trees natural cycle and was wondering what I can do to ensure it gets its dormant period here in AZ. It doesnt get below 50 degrees very often and the winter is relatively short. I also realize the dry climate might present a challenge as well. Any knowledge is greatly appreciated.

New guy here - 2010/02/22 22:56 Good question. I havent met anyone living in your area yet. See if you can find a local club or other members from here. There are some trees that dont do well in different places, so i hope this is not the case. Good luck.
