What is the best tree to use for bonsai?
Others would usually agree im politely trying to find a well tree for bonsai in zone 7. Im looking fo the best for my zone, & 1 which is easilky traiend. I would be needin about 20 to line my driveway

rightfully going out on a limb here, & TRY to answer your qeustoin. Unfortunately, me bein from Australai, "zones" average nothin to me.
Besides quick growin, suiutable bonsai are some of the ficus varieties. However, due to the strong root system they shall have to be root pruned twice a year, that is possible with ficus (here in oz anyway), otherwise you may eventrually find your driveway crackin and liftring.
In short I understand your idea, and it would look well however i'd be weary of theft.
No matter where you live, there may be someone wiling to steal these plants from the ground for themselves or to sale. I know one or two people jumped to the conclusion thikning you were a troll or after a hedge. Equally important as I said, it would look nice if only it weren't for the theft prtoblem.
Altogether if you were geniunely aksing a question, then I apologise for the otrhers stupid harsh remarks. Failing my help or others, the best place to try is posibly a local nursery who may have an idea of suitasble bonsai for your area.
