Lately some of the smaller leaves on my Green Island Ficus have turned yellow and dropped. This morning I noticed that two leaves (medium sized) have black spot on them (not a pest, but part of the leaf). Meanwhile leaves are actively growing (and growing very large).

Time to re-pot? Or is this normal winter stuff caused by cooler temp.s (drafts)?
