How to grow healthy Juniper Bonsai?
Yes, a juniper is a ground shade tree that lived under trees and in cooler places, a juniper is an out door tree only, so the best way to take care of a juniper is put it on an east facing wall that gets morning sun only and, shade the rest of the day test the soil before watering if the soil feels wet do not water but if it feels dry then water the tree, try to test before every 3 days or sooner if you live where it is warm, if the needles are turning yellow cut back on the water you are overwatering it, but the in the shade the tree should come back to life....

The problem i think you are having is that you have your tree living indoors, when it should be out side under shade cloth or in the shade, it is to dry in a house for a juniper...
