    How to grow healthy Juniper Bonsai?

    "Hi...

    I recentlly aquiare two Juniper Bonsai one is like 4" and the other one is like 6" (apx.) I have been researching over the internet for some information and try my best to keep them healthier... How ever in recent days I have notice that the biggest one in turning like a pale green folliage and the leaves closest to the trunk are turning brwon . How ever there seems to be sprouting new leaves from the tip of the brances.:unsure:

    I was wondering if there is any tip for an amateur like me in how to grow a healthy Juniper Bonsai...?

    Yes, a juniper is a ground shade tree that lived under trees and in cooler places, a juniper is an out door tree only, so the best way to take care of a juniper is put it on an east facing wall that gets morning sun only and, shade the rest of the day test the soil before watering if the soil feels wet do not water but if it feels dry then water the tree, try to test before every 3 days or sooner if you live where it is warm, if the needles are turning yellow cut back on the water you are overwatering it, but the in the shade the tree should come back to life....

    Hi!

    Thanks for your response mikey012076...

    The medium Juniper is located is located on a window shelve on my room and it only take the sunset sun. I live in California and its pretty hot. I opted for removing it and putting it on shadows. Has for watering I use a spray, Could that be the problem? Some ppl suggest that I put some vitamins to the water what doyou suggest?

    The problem i think you are having is that you have your tree living indoors, when it should be out side under shade cloth or in the shade, it is to dry in a house for a juniper...
