Baobab bonsai - 2010/02/08 15:47
Many trees whose impressive roots is used to create dwarf trees like the Baobab. When Baobab is 1-2 years old, its roots start swelling. Cut the root which is 2-3 cm from stem, and then plant it again. After 2-3 years, it grows 3-4 others roots which roll with each other. Every year, dig it and bring it out 2-3 cm from the underground, we will have a plant like these pictures. This Baobab is brought from a savanna in Thiès – Senegal (West Africa)
